In the game's main storyline, Batman is incarcerated in Arkham City, a huge new super-prison enclosing the decaying urban slums of fictional Gotham City. He must uncover the secret behind the sinister scheme, "Protocol 10", orchestrated by the facility's warden, Hugo Strange.

You will meet lots of the classic batman enemies along the way playing through these games. 

All are a lot of fun and hugely critically acclaimed. The storylines to all of the batman games are great and have many players playing through the games more than once. In some of the batman games, the open world adds a lot more exploration to the games.
